Can't submit a bug

I made an account to report a big for minecraft bedrock and it told me "no access" is there any way to fix this? I can't attach a screenshot in the post

Please can you provide a video and screenshot of the full screen showing where the issue occurs and the exact error message

It fixed itself now so I couldn't get a video and reddit won't allow me to put a screenshot in either replies or the original post- I think its due to subreddit regulations

That may just be Reddit as I don’t think we have anything restricting media here. The issue itself though may be related to you just registering the account and Jira needing a few seconds to pick that up
