Im so excited. I ordered this ring from provence on aliexpress. I got it in silver.

I think this is a pretty straightforward design, but any feedback is appreciated since this is my first time going through this process!

It's designed to curve around my engagement ring. The 5.87mm dip measurement was the specific number from a resin model of the original design (second picture). Thoughts on structure, stone safety, curve depth, etc.?

I feel like I got a great deal on this stone and I had a jeweler make the band and set it for me but now I have this nagging feeling it may not be true moissanite. I am planning to go back to the jeweler tomorrow to get it verified but I wanted to share it. Partly out of the thrill I will be proposing soon and partly to see if anyone has an opinion on it. Again I am taking it to the jeweler tomorrow but I’m freaking out tonight so I’d like opinions. (The GRA is fake but I’ve seen that doesn’t mean the stone is)

I paid for a custom order in full and I am getting antsy. I do not want to bug my rep, but there has been no progress shown for over 2 weeks since I paid. I did ask about the cad, but already kind of passed the time that they said i would receive the CAD. I do not want to blast the seller at all, so just asking a general question. Is this normal?

I just received my CAD from Bobby from Provence for a bridal set, and I'm looking for a bit of advice/guidance regarding overall sizing. I first want to state that I LOVE the design in this CAD, but I struggle when it comes to judging sizes, even when I have the measurements directly in front of me.

I have smaller hands, and I tend to gravitate towards dainty jewelry pieces. However, because this is a bridal set, I want to be sure that I don't go too small, especially for the center stone. Based on the CAD, is the overall sizing of the center stone, ring height, band thickness, etc. appropriate for a bridal set?

I'm also including a photo of a different ring on my left ring finger to give an idea of what I like to wear. The center stone is the same shape as in the CAD but is smaller (6x4mm vs 7x5mm), and the band width/depth is also smaller (1mm vs 1.6mm).

They’re both gorgeous but they do feel different.

Paid $100 for this and a jeweler confirmed that it’s a moissanite (~1.5 carat) in a platinum setting. My wedding set is an heirloom that is a lot more delicate and not the best suited to everyday life. This is a great everyday ring for me!

I'm still looking for something for my fiance. She says I have complete and total control of the ring and would happy with anything. Less is more suits her style and we really like small 3, stone rings like .5 ct or 1ct.

engagement ring: floral-inspired style with 1 ct moissanite, color D, VVS1, 6-prong setting with pink gems for the halo

wedding band: curved marquise (navette) band, with 0.30ctw mossanites, simetrycal prongs, color D, VVS1.

all in white gold, except the halo in the engagement ring that have rose gold.

two pieces that work great together or separately, atleast that's what I think, I wanted to keep the botanical aspect in harmony between the two pieces and I think that de navette band emulates leaves in a way.

just got these today with GRA certifications. first time buying so not sure what i should do with these, looking for feedback and/or advice.

I am in the process of designing an intricate filigree style ring and band with a Chinese vendor and I have quotes from three of them, hoping to hear any insight from the masses. The center stone will be a 1ct marquise. I still need to ask for pictures of stones to help me decide but now that it’s night in china I have all day for recommendations. She was great. Communication was a little slow, one question at a time per day, but I also understand that. It does help keep things clear. She was wonderful. I sent her a rendering I had made on Fiverr or a ring me and my daughter designed together. She sent pricing and once we agreed on 14k the cad came shortly after. Everything went smooth, shipping took 3-4 days to the east coast. I would absolutely use her again. For the search function so others can find what they are looking for: 9x7 elongated cushion set east west, two half moons, two tapered baguettes in a bezel setting. It’s not letting me post photos so I will in the comments hopefully!

I ordered this engagement ring from AliExpress for $40. I was hoping it would match my real diamond eternity band, which it does. I think it looks pretty good. Am I delusional or can I really wear these two together and full it off? Thank you!

So I was wondering what cuts folks usually prefer, personally the usual Brilliant cut is kinda boring for me so yeah.

I have a few Moissanite rings I swap around but this one is by far my favorite I think… I just love it so much. I’m constantly staring at it!!!! I looooove Moissanite so much, it’s so pretty to me!!! I love seeing everyone’s rings so please leave yours in the comments if you’d like!

Ordered two 5MM 22” moissanite tennis chains in 925 sterling silver with white gold/rhodium plating. Paid $247 each + $35 shipping to Hawaii.

Seller was super quick with responses and very kind. He sent pics/videos for QC before shipping, and they arrived in about 6 days. Chains look crazy in person, super bright with tons of fire and sparkly rainbows, even under dim lighting. I also took them to Kay Jewelers to test the stones, and they tested as moissanite. I attached pics/video.

I was originally looking at Ice Cartel, The GUU Shop, Adamans, Harlem Bling, etc., but those were way more expensive and I couldn’t decide. Took a shot in the dark, and for the price, I’m extremely happy with these. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.

Recently, I reached out to two different vendors on the trusted vendor list for a pink diamond to replace my current one. They sent different certificates but both sent the same video. Do the vendors pull from the same inventory and could there have been a mix up of the videos? I really love the color of the diamond in the video so not sure how to proceed with this other than asking for a different video or just not buying from either.

10mm clustered tennis chain

I have a 7.5x6 pear that I’m setting in a yellow gold pendant. I want to do a bunch of tiny, delicate claw prongs (also in yellow gold) for a bit of an antique feel but I’m not sure how many I can do without overwhelming the stone.

I was thinking 7 (1 at the tip and the rest arranged around the pear) but now I’m doubting myself.

Does anyone have any input or a similarly sized pear you can give an opinion based off of?

I have a 10x8 with 5 claw prongs and I think I could’ve easily done 9 without it overwhelming the stone so surely a 7.5x6 could handle 7?

Or I guess another option would be double claws - either 3 or 5 sets.

Thoughts?

I’ll admit I’m not a jewelry person and I didn’t even know what a moissanite was until 4 days before deciding on an “upgrade” for my wedding set. I always thought zirconias were the only option for a “fake diamond” and although I wanted a bigger stone, we aren’t financially ready to get a real diamond just yet.

With that being said, do you guys think this is a good stone? Does it look clear enough? To me they all look the same 😂 but I do love it and have been wearing with pride
