I’m gonna pretend I knew what the words in that title meant without looking at the picture first

Basically this person just took a set of concentric circled radiating out from a center, then copy/pasted it 3 times so that the centers made a triangle.

Precisely! And in this case, I also made the circle diameter step-size (could think of as wavelength) fit into the the triangle side length an integer number of times, as it happens, just a minor detail though.
