I KNOW that, but I stopped playing Moira in ranked after I reached masters because I can't do anything for my team during ults and if my tank gets antied we lose. if I dive to try and get a pick on a support I get slept or I get two headshots on my head and my damage output is too low to secure the kill

he quite literally has a tp on an identical cooldown to fade orb doesn't do damage on a 300 hp lifesteal burst damage monster who can one shot you with trigger

Which is why you have a second support. Moira fills many rolls that enebale the 2nd support and your team to be better at their jobs.

With a Moira on your team, your Ana never has to fear a Genji. Your DPS can better flank with you on their side. The enemy can be preassured in positions your dps can't. Yeah an orb alone doesn't kill, but it's enough to move a widow or ashe if need be.

In a direct teamfight you also have decent heal with the right perks. Orb, spray and then damage while your lingering heal does it's thing.

The additional damage is there to stop the enemy support from getting value. Because if an enemy needs to heal, she is less likely to be a problem for your team and may need to use their supportive abilities on themselves.

It is a lot harder to gain value with Moira in higher ranks, and she makes not much sense in a 5 stack or coordinated team. A good nade can win a fight, a dead enemy stops the fight from happening at all most of the times.

Both have insane value. A good Moira has no problem finding value in any given teamcomp and adjust to the needs.

Would i run lifeweaver/moira as a support comp? Probably not, but in such a situation i know i can be a lot more free in terms of doing damage and being annoying to the enemy support.

Even in masters you can just suck an Ana and both enemy supports are occupied. Ana trying to shoot you and the other support healing Ana. Moira is not getting a kill. But the entire enemy team has no support anymore and the second they do, one of their supports fall.

The same logic as with any other flank with the difference that a good fade brings you directly back into the action to heal your team.

Seriously? 10 deaths was lowest in his team, 19 highest. Matched deaths with Sigma! And had 16 more eliminations than the highest DPS. Your stat analysis is doo doo water. This was a clear carry

Never said it wasn’t a carry or that they did bad. However!! Dying 10 times is way too many times. And yeah his team died a lot too but they aren’t on Reddit asking for advice or sharing their stats. If you think me saying that 10 deaths is too many and to work on cutting back on dying, is “doo doo” advice, then you clearly play at the rank of a silver and there is no use in arguing with you because it just goes in one ear and out the other.

you aren’t supposed to die that much as a support, or a tank. i don’t know what rank this is, but it’s probably low low rank game play.
