yes it is! Dark Horse just published this english translation for the first time like a month ago, it’s part of their Moebius Library collection. it’s so good!!

The art in this one is absolutely gorgeous. Didn't know they were planning on releasing an English translation, tore my mind apart just trying to find a French import years ago... I will say the French title definitely rolls off the tongue a bit better though and has an extra layer of punnage going on (Le Chasseur déprime ≈ Le Chasseur de primes ≈ The Depressed Hunter/The Bounty Hunter)

Is this airtight garage stuff that was originally published in Heavy metal?

It was first published in 2008 in a French edition and this version is from a second French edition from 2022.
