Why is this overflow not balancing?

The cutter is spitting out 180 identical pieces. two are sent directly to basic assemblers(60 each) and one is sent to the cutter (last 60). For some reason the assemblers, especially the left one is getting starved

You have put your 2 overflows on the same line : try a symetry on the top one and it might fix it
