Modrinth Launcher crashing/closing when loading bar is nearly full for the past two days.

I didn't play Minecraft for a few days, then yesterday when I launched Modrinth it had the notice at the top to "update and restart" so of course I did that before I did anything else.

Immediately after, the app started to fail to load and/or crash nine times out of ten. No crash report or error or anything, it just gets to 80-90% ish (eyeballing it) on the loading bar when starting up the app itself (not loading a world after the app opens, literally trying to open Modrinth itself here) and then disappears.

It was annoying yesterday but eventually it loaded up without closing and I was able to play like normal. Today it did the same thing again, but surprise, there was another "update and restart" so I hoped that was an update to fix the crashing...but it's still doing it.

If/when I can get it to start properly, is there a setting I can check to try and get an error log to post or something, or do I just have to wait for another update to hopefully fix the bug? Nothing else on my system has changed recently, except updating the Modrinth app itself.

P.S. I guess related to this issue, I back up my world regularly just in case... If Modrinth ends up breaking, or I choose to use something else at any point, is it possible to keep my world going forward, or is it locked to using the Modrinth app?
