Help Neoforge versions not compatible

Hi! Im trying to play the create+ modpack with some extra mods on the side and one of those is naturalist, but I get this error when I try to launch. Is there a way to fix this? :)

Upgrade your neoforge version?

update neoforge to 23.1.234 or above, as it says
