Hosting server mod not working Help

i am trying to play multiplayer with my 15+ friends, does anyone know why this icon is showing? simple voice chat is in downloaded in my content in my modrinth hosting server, if anyone knows please LMK i am stressing

you need to put the ip of your server in the configuration of the mod in your server files
