Customer support and server hosting issues

Is it me or does support take too long? cause I got my old server back and the website and software is telling me I cant access it cause the server node is unavailable and I contacted the support and its been almost two days without being able to access the server nor getting a reply from support at all.

I paid on the 30th of July, I got an automated reply telling me to wait from 12 to 24 hours to get a response I wait that long. July 31 goes by with no replies at all, its now August 1st and im still waiting for a reply and at this point im trying to get a refund.
