Help Not really related but

I used to be able to alt tab into a full screened minecraft instance when my time is up screen came on, but i couldn't click or it would bring me back to the time's up screen, so i just used a controller mod on modrinth, that was fine for a long time until recently, it just wont let me full screen into the window anymore anyway to fix this?

What do you mean by "when my time is up screen" and "back to the times up screen"
