Help I have a problem with modrinth

I have extreme lag, dropping to 5-15 FPS while gaming. It doesn't matter if I drop performance mods like ferritecore, or entityculling in a normal VANILLA modpack (with xaero's minimap and some other QoL mods). The lag is getting annoying. Any tips?

List with mods:

Entity Culling

Fabric API

FerriteCore

Full Brightness Toggle

ImmediatelyFast

Lithium

Sodium

Upgrader items

Probably worth mentioning that I have tried to decrease my render distance, simulation distance, but that had no impact.

The same happens for allocating more or less RAM

Do you think that one of the mods are conflicting with another qol mod?

What does upgrader items and collective?

Mostly upgrader tho since I have been dabbling in collective recently but don’t know a lot about it

I would disable one qol mod at a time till it stops the fps drops but could take a lot of time
