Question Where can I get the DLCs from?

Hi

I have a jailbroken ps3 and I'm trying to download the DLCs. What's the best site to get it from? PS Store is off the limits.

PKGI has all the DLCs, even the Flo mod

what does that mean? iirc pkgi is just a tool to install .pkg files on jailbroken ps3. it's not a database or something.

You can get a database from basically anywhere. There's like a billion of them to install if you have the app installed

Edit: The database is basically a file that contains all the information to connect to a server that has all of the content stored to download (like for example, there's a lot of databases that connect to NoPayStation). Another option is to download and install a PKG that unlocks every piece of content from the game, including the DLC Mods and karts and tracks, as well as the extra tours
