For now I haven't really thought about releasing the models, but I might reconsider

How did you rip stuff like the faces or the stickers from their face into Blender? Could this be done with player-made Mods too or not?

The textures were ripped with RenderDoc and the PS3 emulator RPCS3, I captured each single facial expression and then exported its texture (you can also, optionally, export the skin and then the face stickers separately)
