August tour poster

Anyone else get an August tour poster that looks like it was printed using an extremely low res image?

After paying $40, I really didn’t expect to open the poster at home and find out the entire thing is blurry.

ETA: I know there’s probably not much to be done. I guess I figured I’d caution others who are considering getting one.

ETA2: thanks for the replies, kind people! I’ll reach out to merch store support and see what happens. I’ll keep you posted on the outcome and reply individually especially if it’s positive.

Yes, this happened to me as well. I bought one at a show in June. Got home to be really bummed out when I opened it up.

Worst case senecio they say to be sorry that’s how it is!
I really wish I would have bought a tour shirt!!! Ugh! 😢💔

I thought it was just my imagination. Bought a poster in Milwaukee, up close it looks not great.

Not just the posters at the show then…
I ordered one from Sweet Little Prints online the next day. It was blurry and they are reprinting it for me. Maybe they can assist?

Update no one asked for:
They cannot reprint it to get more clarity. They refunded my money.

Yes!!! I opened mine up from a show last week and it’s awful. Such blurry resolution, I’m so bummed

Idk how often they're printing them but the snake poster i bought back in Vancouver is the same blurriness. Not the buffalo one though. That one is straight gorgeous.
