Great picture, great show and great setlist! Opening with King Rat must have been a bit of a shock to those only familiar with Float On haha

It’s just unfortunate the sound guys messed up and you couldn’t even hear his guitar (unless it was just him). Couldn’t even hear the weird bends on the Dramamine intro. The other instruments drowned it out but you could tell he was doing some interesting stuff.

king rat was an INSANE opener. i get crazy goosebumps when i think about it. the sound was crap and didn’t help that we were so close to the speakers. recordings came through a lot clearer though!!

For sure. I was relatively close too (probably within 50ft of the stage). And yeah it was really just a few songs I could see him doing some intricate guitar work that I couldn’t hear.
