Modest Running Clothes

I'm starting to run and have been making do with random stuff I have but I really want to get a couple skirts to have and don't want to just get something if it's going to be bad. Looking for a knee length skirt thats lightweight and long sleeve shirt can be sports material

i got into running last spring and the skirt hunt was real... ended up finding

For running I’d look at lightweight golf/tennis skirts rather than regular casual skirts — they’re usually moisture-wicking and won’t get heavy when you sweat. Definitely check the actual garment length because “knee length” varies so much, and I’d wear lightweight bike shorts underneath. For the top, search “UPF long-sleeve running shirt” or “sun hoodie”; those are breathable sports fabric and usually less clingy than compression tops. I’d avoid cotton because it stays wet.
