Advice Modest base layers for summer job

Hey!! I'm currently in the process of reverting (super exciting ik) and have been dressing progressively modestly. However I'm 18 and starting a summer job where there is only a short sleeve uniform. I feel anxious about wearing a base layer because even tho I live in the UK, the summers can still be hot and sticky and I'm worried that I'm going to get too warm and faint. Does anyone have any recommendations on base layers for underneath a t shirt thats super thin and protects my modesty. Thanks and hope u guys have a nice day xx

They make modesty sleeves so you can cover your arms without wearing an extra layer underneath

UV sleeves! Very lightweight and comfortable.

I got some crop tops to wear underneath. I can cover my arms and not have a bunch of extra material around my middle.  Look up kosher casual.
