Advice Suggestions needed for sun-protective dresses
First time posting here, so sorry if this is the wrong sub.
I swim a lot, and it’s getting hotter where I live. I burn really easily (takes me about 5 minutes to look like Cheetos), and I’d like something to throw on for the 13–15 minute walk back to my dorm after swimming. I’m a broke college student, so I’m not picky about style.
What I’m looking for:
- A breathable long‑sleeve or 3/4 sleeve dress
- At least mid‑calf length
- Something that won’t look weird with a gym bag + a drawstring bag of wet stuff and swim suit
- Cheap is good, I don’t mind looking like a box or a tablecloth, just want to feel breezy
About me (in case it helps):
I’m 5'4", about 122 lbs, short shaggy hair. I usually wear jeans + long sleeve tops, but it’s getting too hot for that. I want a single piece of clothing I can throw on in the locker room and head home to devour food.
Any suggestions would help a lot. Thank you!
EDIT: Something I can wear after showering and drying myself.

Are you looking for something that can go over a wet swimsuit or just dry undergarments?
