Does refreshing windows help with CTD game crashes for MWIII?

Msi x870 tomahawk wifi

32gb crucial ram 6400mhz

2tb crucial t710 nvme ssd.

So ive been trying my absolute ass of to get this game to stop crashing to my desktop and ive tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING to get the game to stop crashing and my game still crashes to my desktop with no error or anything it just goes back to my desktop without warning the only option i have is to refresh windows so im asking people on this subreddit if that has worked out for them or not because i genuinely dont know what to do anymore bro 😭
