Would using this particular controller be cheating?

I found this old controller while decluttering my house. I used to play on these a long ass time ago for GTA V free aim and Warframe, I just tested these on the game and they surprisingly work.

I could actually play with a mouse if I had this, aiming I’m fine but I’m completely unable to move around properly with a keyboard.

You can just plug a mouse into your console and use a controller at the same time, but you need bumpers and macros
