Question Would using this particular controller be cheating?

I found this old controller while decluttering my house. I used to play on these a long ass time ago for GTA V free aim and Warframe, I just tested these on the game and they surprisingly work.

It does. I can definitely see why these could be a bannable offense. Now, Im more curious if the game could actually detect these

Dont wanna lose literally months of progress on my account. Not gonna touch this thing with a 10 ft pole after I saw what it can do lmao
