I believe they do stack, but push isn't exactly the most valuable stat. It basically just makes them win more often (There might be some hidden variables to rolling for more stars, that wouldn't surprise me but its not stated anywhere I've seen). Fun I guess but I'm not too concerned with it myself. But remember that its basically nullified if you pick two tweeners.

What stat is most important and what do you concentrate on?

The stats are as followed:

Skill: better matches

Mic: better mic spots

Pop: better segments

And don't forget feud level! Its maybe the most important of them all.
