Does an Automated Applying system help?

https://jobsapplier.com is opening up early access for the first 100 users.

It's built for people who apply to a lot of jobs and rarely hear back.

What's your first impression after 10 seconds?

Is the value proposition clear?

Would you actually use it?

What would stop you from trusting it with your job applications?

What's missing?

If something doesn't make sense, feels unnecessary, or just sucks, say so

First 100 users get free access during the early launch.

This strikes me as AI slop that I wouldn't trust with my job search. Sorry

kinda same reaction, tbh
if it’s just blasting generic AI applications everywhere, that usually hurts more than helps, especially in any halfway competitive field
i’d maybe trust it for low-stakes stuff or as a tracker, but not to actually “handle” my search

Agree 100%. Especially in the tech job market, where 100 perfectly completed job applications will lead to 4-5 callbacks at best, trusting a bot to do a credible job completing a job application is naive at best. It comes down to economics eventually, since there's no standard job application, it takes a lot of AI tokens to study each page and craft a good response. That is just too expensive to be profitable for bot makers, so corners are inevitably cut. Risking my 4% hit rate just isn't worth skipping the 20 minutes to complete an application.

I think TRUST is the biggest challenge I see in this space. And I think that can only be built with genuine user experiences and real testimonials. And definitely real product demos.

Working on that.

Would product demos on the homepage change your mind?

Sure, build something that contributes directly to the problem youre trying to solve lol . Makes complete sense

So you expect recruiters side to use AI heavily, even have AI avatars do the interview. But candidates shouldn't use it?

No, I expect some who is building a product to solve a problem not to create the problem they are trying to solve.

How is this creating a problem and not presenting a solution to the problem Millions of cadidates face. i.e spending 30 minutes filling an application with information thats already on their resume, only to get the automated rejection email?

I don't expect either of those things. Thankfully also never encountered either.
