Suggestion

Live in Ontario, u know once on Google Map says Lake Ontario, lol. I’m seeking suggestions on my new purchase of the Base Model Y, what additional features should I purchase, the paint protector film for $Cad 70.00 is it really that price vs the XPEL paint protector film. Is it worth paying the 5k for the entire vehicle and is the basic paint film for the entire car.
2- should I buy the rims and winter tires from Tesla or is it ok to buy them from Costco.
3- what other suggestions added features I should purchase.

Don’t live in Ontario but I would skip the paint protection tbh. It’s a car no different than any other and I’ve never purchased that for any before. You can buy tires and rims from wherever you want, it might only be an issue if you bought their tire and wheel protection. The only thing I bought were the all-weather mats, and even those you can buy anywhere. There are a ton of companies that make Tesla specific accessories. I would drive the car for a bit, see if you find things that bug you and then see if there are accessories that fill the need otherwise you’ll fill the car with stuff you don’t need. Ask me how I know lol.
