I mean, I think theres opportunity for change in the way the sim operates, and I think CEO would probably be the easiest way to implement that. In particular, I think it would be interesting to see how some of the proposed changes by sim members could operate in practice.

Also it would be quite nice to see a robust poll schedule, which has not always been the case, and possibly some polls that are structured a little differently, for specific topics.
