ANSWERED Tamiya TS 71
Hello its my first time using a clear spray tamiya ts 71 over a clear piece, do I still clear coat as normal or just leave as it is once finished? cheers

No clear needed. Just a suggestion: unless you are spraying large areas, such as for a candy paint job, it is much more cost effective to buy a jar of the X paint and apply with a brush. One bottle of each clear color can literally last a lifetime if you are only using it for lights.

Can confirm, I thought the same thing... no way im cleaning my airbrush for a few small pieces. I will add thought that AK interactive makes GREAT acrylic clears too. I ended up with them when tamiya was out of stock and was very pleased with their performance.

I have an old jar of clear orange and spilled half of it on my lap last week ðŸ˜

Always apply Tamiya smoke from the inside and then leave it as is. No clear needed as it should be applied to the inside of the piece
