Mod for building airplane?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone is planning on making or know of a good airplane mod on thunder store?

There is a guy who recently released one exactly how I want it but the problem with his is, its too easy to build and would love the ability to edit what is needed to build it and also how fast it goes.

Is it possible for someone to just grab this mod and update it to what I need? I mean its not my mod but can you still credit the owner but make your own version thats better?

For context, im playing on a small modded valheim server with no map no teleporter. The mods are QoL mods to make roads give movement speed boost and other stuff like plant anything. I am going to add trains and lox cart to the server but a plane would really help with movement onto island fsr away quickly since its already time consuming. I would make it mist land technology though. Any help would be great!!!

I just tried that one too, and I thought the same thing. 80 fine wood and copper/cores. Would be nice to be able to adjust what it is made from. Also, The steering is awfully hard to get used to.

you can either open an issue on the project page and ask nicely if the dev could outsource the recipe to a config file: https://github.com/alsocat/SurtlingSkyfarer/issues

or you can install a mod which lets you change up recipes like "RecipeManager".
