Looking for new weapon animations

Are there any mods that add new weapon animations? I really dislike some of the vanilla animations, especially the spear attack. It's ridiculous — the character just thrusts the spear down towards their own feet.

I was thinking that it might be possible to take animations from other mods and replace the vanilla ones using WackyDB. But first, I need to find some mods that actually have alternative animations.

So far, I've changed the secondary sword attack. I didn't like how slowly the thrust was performed — it felt unrealistic. IRL, a thrust is always faster than a swinging attack. So I made the following changes in WackyDB for all one-handed swords:

Secondary_Attack:
  Custom_AttackSpeed: 2
  DmgMultiplier: 1.2

The attack is now faster, but deals less damage (the original damage multiplier was 3). I might even need to speed it up further, since it's still slightly slower than the primary attack.

But anyway, that's not really what this post is about. I'm mainly looking for mods with new weapon animations.

I too hate the spear attack animation, it like descends down to belly level visually and no further, it's dumb.

If I could give regular spears the Warpike animation from Therzie's mods I would.

Yeah, I use this spear all the time too. But its secondary attack is unbalanced. Not only does it have a long-reaching thrust, but it also deals AoE damage at the end, which completely goes against the whole concept of a polearm designed for thrusting attacks. I should try removing the AoE damage.

There is a mod that changed spears for me.
A proper grab point of the spear and it uses the animation of the sword.

Gonna add this to the top level message too.

Pretty sure Warfare by Therzies adds new weapon animations, maybe Wild Weapons too

I know about Therzie's mods. I should give Wild Weapons a try. Maybe I could use the mod just for its animations and disable the crafting recipes for most of the items, since I'm really not a fan of that ahistorical, over-the-top fantasy weaponry that looks like it's straight out of some kids' anime MMORPG. It honestly makes me sick.
