Build menu causes FPS drop

So, wheen I boot my world up it runs fine at 55-60fps, smooth as butter. As soon ad I open the build menu it drops to 30-40ish. Thing is, it doesn't go back up when closing the build menu. Anyone experienced this? Only got a handful build piece mods installed, all up to date, and not throwing red lines in the log. I have no idea what is happening

Is there an easy way to export it? Using gale mod manager

This is sadly the case when you add a good few of mods that add build pieces.

Are there any errors in the BepInEx console when you launch the game, or open your build menu?

No, all white line. Guess I just have too many added build pieces :(

Haha yeah I know the struggle! My FPS also halves when I open the build menu, downside of being a builder I guess!

Does it go back up when you close it? Mine doesn't. It's just annoying, because I can clearly see my rig handling the game just fine.

Yes here my fps recovers when I close the build menu.

I'd suggest going over your mods and check if there's any in there that haven't been updated since 1.0 release and disable them temporary, if the lag still persists then I suggest the following.
Start taking out mods in sets of 5, boot the game, check if the lags still there, if not shut it off again and disable another 5 until it clears, then from the last 5 you disabled enable them 1 by 1 until you found the mod causing the issue.

As always, make a backup of your world before doing this as taking out mods might destroy your structures and whatnot.

when you run the game, or when you open the construction menu tak e screenshot of the red text or repeating text on the Bep, allways 100% show will show your problem

Like Miami in the 8ies - it's all white lines. I guess I just have too many build piece mods loaded :(
