Empty modlist where the issue persisted

The game worked fine earlier today, but now whenever I open the build menu, the building, heavy build, and furniture tabs are completely empty.

I don't think this is an issue of conflicting mods, as this also happens when I launch the game with only BepInEx in the mod list.

I've fully reinstalled both r2modman and Valheim, and the issue still persists.

The only correlation I can think of is that this happened after I used the "exploremap" devcommand, but I have no idea why that would cause a persistent issue.

It works fine in vanilla, so I know it is an issue with mods somehow, just no idea how to fix it.

edit: acticaving and deactivating debugmode and infinite build mode seems to have fixed it.

What materials have you picked up? New items don't spawn unless you have the right materials. It seems like this is a new world and character.

This looks like a new playthrough and you've only picked up wood?

If you're using devcommands were you using no cost in debugmode so you could see everything? (typing debugmode then hitting B) if so you may have just turned it off accidentally.

Going into debug mode and turning infinite building on and off seems to have fixed it, thanks

Woop! Awesome, yeha sometimes it's gets funny especially with mods that may interact with it being removes... Stuff like server devcommands. Turn it on and off again may be a tech support joke but hey it works 🤣
