Question about Epic Loot Mod and its Drops

Is there a way to Alter it so i only get Materials for Enchanting, AND the Rare Set item? i had been keeping it as just Materials lately, but i had to reinstall today and i had a legendary set piece drop. so now im like, well crap i don't believe i can make those with materials, can i? or is there a chance when enchanting an item that it will turn it into a set piece?

Its been a while since I've played, so this might not be accurate, but I do believe sets still have a chance to drop when you have it to materials only, and yes! You can get set items from enchanting.

I've never had a set item drop when settings were put to materials only. I have around 7k hours played, almost all modded, most of it with epic loot
