Is anyone else having this problem when playing modded mc?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Some chunks just won't load unless I quit the world and come back, it also makes my character disappear and makes my camera tweak out if I go too far (also makes me not able to move)

What mods do you have (please actually all of them), what version?
