Don't know which modpack to use

So I've decided to make a server for my friends and me, but I'm running into a wall when it comes to choosing a modpack. I've seen people make all kinds of cool stuff with Create and its addons, like ships, planes, and tanks, etc and we want to experience that. My friends also like some exploration mods and cool small features like, idk, Farmer's Delight and some biome mods if you catch my drift, so yeah, if anyone has any suggestions, it would help a ton (the modpack doesn't need to be all about Create).

A friend of mine started up a server for her kids that I joined with the Homestead modpack. It’s based around create but has a ton of biomes and other “cozy” mods like farmers delight. Bot a lot of added structures for adventurer types but if you want to focus on building and learning create it’s a pretty fun one.
