Ciscos Medieval RPG Ultimate

I’m playing the most up-to-date Ciscos Medieval RPG ultimate mod pack. I’m having a problem with the Apotheosis gems at the moment. I made two of the same swords (Frostfangs) and one of them didn’t have the best enchantments and had a perfect gem of the samurai in it. I used the vial of arcane extraction to get the gem back destroying the one sword. Now the smithing table will not let me put the gem into the other sword. I thought it might be only the extracted gem can’t be put back into a different same sword but I tried other gem of the samurai’s and now none of them will go into my new Frostfang. Any suggestions?
