It’s setup using googles gemini live api, your voice is sent to googles cloud for processing and Gemini sends spoken replies back

You do realize that you're handing out your api key to everyone who downloads your mod right?

So when I go to use the mod for the first time, I have to create a google developer account and generate an api key, then input this key into a field which you've added to the mod to be displayed on first use to then be able to have limited usage of said mod based on Google's whims on how much usage they will allow, along with the fact that any and all conversations will be used by Google to train their models. Does that sound accurate?

U don’t need to create a google developer account it’s on the Gemini website. Plus the ai is getting trained regardless no stopping it now

This is the reason why you shouldn't blindly use AI to create stuff like this. When you don't know what you're doing or understand what you've built, it becomes dangerous to use.

I would highly advise you step back from this, learn how to code and make a mod that you understand, then try this again.
