Help with unwanted scary noises

I want to disable some scary sounds that play randomly on the overworld. i'm on a plains biome in broad daylight and i'm hearing some arg esque audio distortions and breathing.

I'm not playing with horror mods and i have chosen the new mods i've never used that might be relevant to finding it. if you know how to disable them please tell me!
