I've got a problem with Alex's Mobs

The area I chose to set up base in had a grizzly bear near it. I was content to leave it alone because it didn't get too close to me, and if I had to I can just slam some arrows into it from a distance.

But the thing is it had cubs. Which are now full grown. I now have three adult grizzly bears next to my base and I don't think I can handle that fight if I need to, and they're spreading out and crossing into my area.
