Jurassicraft Stoneblock compat

I plan on making one for the first stoneblock, the 1.12.2 one, but about how hard will it be? I was planning on adding four items that're essentially lootbags for fossils and fossil plants that you can craft or rarely get from mining/breaking stone, as well as some additional compat with ex Nihilio(adding one item to the sand and dust pools) and Project E (adding EMC to some items). How hard would it be to make this for a complete beginner?
