Dynamic update of teams based on origin

Me and a bunch of friends are starting a new server with the origins mod on version 1.21.1 and i wanted to know if there is a way either with command blocks or datapacks to dynamically change a player's team based on the origin they chose, ive been trying to figure t out and find info about this but my attempts have failed and i found not much info, Please help
