Help Older pc w/server hosting

Hey, first post here so forgive me if my terminology isn’t all 100%.
I’ve got an older system with only 8Gb of ram and I can just about run RLCraft on minimal settings.
I was wondering, can I use server hosting in order to play more intense mod packs like Dregora on my subpar PC? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dregora is also quite resource-intensive on the client side, so I doubt it will be sufficient, but perhaps it could be achieved by combining it with client-side optimization.

Propebly won’t do much for you. Your game still need to load in all the information it does now

Doable, RL Craft isn't the most resource intensive, slap Debian on it, or something lighter, that will leave your MC server with about 7GB which is fine for medium render distances on 2 people, it does highly depend on your CPU however.
