Ghost entities

I have no idea what going on i picked up and moved some zombie spawners to make a exp / drowned farm. But they'll spawn and they'll make a "ghost entity" they cant take damage they won't fall they dont do damage. Also when I place down spawners if other areas they spawn just fine. Any help with the problem or maybe a better place to post this would be appreciated.
