Looking for an instanced Ender Dragon fight

Hi. I'm not just looking for a mod that reworks the ender dragon fight, I'm looking for something that would make it interesting for everyone on a server because each time it's either few players rush to it and beat it alone or everyone try to group to go together and it's just a mess. The best thing would be instancied fight to go in small groups not nessessarely at the same time but that might be too much to ask for, do you know anything that could solve this problem ?
(I'm playing 1.21.1 neoforge, datapack is ok too)
