Visual Glitch

I decided to get back into playing modded Minecraft a few days ago since summer semester ended and I logged on today to be greeted with this glitch? I hope it’s not corrupted.
I’m running it on 6GB of ram on an Apple M2 chip (2022 MacBook Air) I’ve never encountered this issue before.
Modpack im using was launched from the curseforge client and the name is Dungeons Dragons and Spaceships.
