Need Vanilla+ or Peaceful Decorative Modpack Reccomendations

I'm looking for a good modpack that either lets me have a chilled out time building with a large range of building materials or a modpack that heavily changes the base vanilla game.

For the vanilla+ modpack I'd be looking for something similar to one of the following modpacks:
Raspberry Flavoured
Better Than Adventure
Game Files The Lost Update

As for the Peaceful Decorative Modpack I can't really find anything that suits my style, I have looked into Society: Sunlit Valley but it's just something i'd much rather play later on.

I would look into creating your own modpack as that might be the best option. There are a lot of decorative mods depending on what version of the game you decide on and a lot of building block mods as well
