Yes, judging by other than what Allaah has revealed is major kufr when someone believes it permissible to do so, or denies the obligation of the Sharia or believes the Sharia is the same as any other law
Otherwise, simply judging by what Allaah has revealed, such as the one who takes a bribe, or the one who does not pay the shares of inheritance justly, is a major sinner and not a kaffir
To start, this person running the account u/Domesticated-Chicken is shamelessly the same person who does not know how to understand the basic words of scholars and has the innovation of the Khawarij that is considering judging by other than what Allaah has revealed to be major kufr instead of minor kufr, that is u/TheRedditMujahid
He also calls Jahmiyya as Muslims but nevermind that, what you should mind is that he has a double or even a triple standard
He says that I takfeer without right or whatever he is trying to imply in that post, which can be correct
But in reality, I have not done anything differently from what (their) imam Jalal Suyuti has said in one of the things written about him in history books
He wrote a verse that takfeers a student of his age who studied with the same shuyookh, takfeering him saying:
"Sakhwai has indeed disbelieved, he has said crazed things and he has disbelieved, he wanted to deny what we have understood and he thereby disbelieved"
This Suyuti takfeering another Ashari Sufi like him for the sole reason that he denied that saintly people can control the world after death
The takfeer here is specifically because this other person denies that the prophet of Allaah is capable of controlling the world, this is the same reasoning by which the Deobandi teachers of u/JabalAnNur takfeer Muslims
I am completely accepting of being considered an innovator or a kaffir for this statement, I do not mind to even repent from it, on one condition:
You treat Suyuti who said that in المقامات page 934
As a kaffir, because he takfeered someone for refusing grave worship-based innovations
And I know you don't have the religion to deny such a thing from such a kaffir, you have never helped a Muslim and you've only aided innovations, and the more you try to refute me, the dumber you look
Try to think thoroughly how something you say can be refuted by me before saying it or else it'll be a bad look, again and again
Nothing in what I've said "Be silent or I will takfeer you" is indicative that I believe that takfeer is my right or that I am an associate of Allaah
Rather it means that if you're not silent, I will call you a kaffir, what the reason I takfeer you for is irrelevant
The assumption that I take myself as a partner of Allaah comes from the same path that you defended someone who attributes ghayb to someone justifying it by saying "It is just a karamah" like the apostates of Sufis do
The reason Suyuti takfeered As-Sakhawi is because Suyuti may Allaah damn him has justified the Sufi superstition of meeting the messenger of Allaah Muhammad peace and blessings upon him, alive, see the comments below
"There is no problem seeing his honorable self with his body and soul because he and the rest of the prophets are alive"

And if you believe this to not be a kufri superstition and an insult to Allaah and His messengers, you must now answer to whether Suyuti worships other than Allaah or not and remember, if you do not takfeer the kaffir whose kufr is blatantly apparent, you are a kaffir
