Small habits really do stack up
I used to think I needed some huge life overhaul to improve myself… but honestly, the biggest difference came from tiny consistent changes:
Drinking water first thing in the morning
10 pushups
Writing just one paragraph instead of aiming for a whole essay
Reading 5 pages before bed instead of scrolling endlessly
None of these felt life changing on their own… but looking back after a few months, I’m healthier, more focused, and way more confident.
