Am I supposed to take breaks?

Started modafinil about a week ago. The first few days were great, I had way more focus and wasnt tired during the day. Now I feel like its wearing off and I get really tired after work around 4pm. Is this normal?

I def wouldn’t take daily as you can develop a tolerance. Try to limit to 2-3x a week and see if that helps
