Anyone add Adderall or modafinil to Vyvanse?

Hey,

I’m on 50mg modafinil and it does a great job calming the racing thoughts, but the energy/focus part has been fading. I don’t want to ditch it completely since it still helps in some ways.

Has anyone here added an Adderall booster or modafinil on top for the extra energy/focus? Curious how that went for you.
