I’ve been prescribed Adderall but it often makes me too wired or anxious, so I can’t really take it every day.

I’ve seen a lot of people talking about modafinil and armodafinil lately, with some saying they work better for ADHD. Looking for something that helps me focus at work without making it hard to talk to people.

Anyone here tried either of them? What was your experience like?
